Samsung Experience Store in Garden City, NY is seeking a Sales Experience Specialist for full-time hours. You will greet customers with energy, uncover needs with open questions, and guide them to Samsung solutions, delivering an immersive, concierge shopping experience.

You’ll troubleshoot basic device issues, upsell bundles, build lasting relationships, and stay sharp through product and service trainings while contributing to store performance and customer satisfaction.
