Sisense is seeking a Community Manager (Independent Contractor) to lead Reddit engagement and manage the branded community. You will translate user feedback into actionable insights for Product and Support teams, while maintaining high standards of community health and content quality.

You will monitor conversations daily, drive engagement via SEO-driven posts, and report on key metrics to inform product launches and support activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Reddit strategy and content plan.
• Manage the branded subreddit and content calendar.
• Engage daily in community threads with timely, helpful responses.
• Synthesize user feedback to inform product discussions.
• Coordinate with Product/Support to triage issues.
• Moderate to enforce guidelines and protect brand health.
• Provide regular engagement, SEO, and sentiment reports.
• Audit AI-generated content for citation accuracy.
