Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Community Growth & Intelligence to build the capability for the Community Growth organization.

You will turn opportunities into structured problems, quantify sizes, investment cases, and executable plans, connecting Community and Product strategy to drive impact. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in community growth, strategy or operations, product strategy, or related field.
• Track record sizing opportunities and translating analysis into prioritization and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical fluency with advanced spreadsheet modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks and applying rigorous evaluation methods.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing people while contributing directly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience in management consulting, chief of staff, business operations, or growth strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Community Growth intelligence agenda and prioritize analytical work.
• Frame growth opportunities into clear hypotheses and investment cases.
• Build decision-ready investment cases linking strategy, resources, impact, and risks.
• Establish metrics and collaborate with Data Science on data architecture and analyses.
• Create a rhythm of business with portfolio prioritization and progress reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Community, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance.
• Serve as a thought partner to leaders and align teams on path forward.
• Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists.
