Reddit is seeking a Senior Manager, Community Growth & Intelligence to build a capability that identifies growth opportunities, sizes them, and translates insights into actionable product and operating choices. You will lead a hands-on team, synthesize analyses, and drive discussions with senior leaders.

You will connect Community and Product strategy, establish rhythms, and frame opportunities into investment cases with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, strategy, analytics, or related field.
• Proven ability to size opportunities and build investment cases.
• Strong KPIs design and measurement frameworks with experimentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the growth intelligence agenda and align it with Community Growth and Product strategy.
• Frame ambiguous opportunities into hypotheses, analytical plans, sizing, and recommendations.
• Build investment cases that connect strategy, resources, impact, tradeoffs, and risks.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks; partner with Data Science on analyses.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Community, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance.
• Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists, with scaling potential.
