Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for the Tech Bar to deliver high-quality walk-up technical support to employees in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle hardware, software, and peripheral support, becoming the first point of contact for end-user technology issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, clear communication with non-technical users, and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic asset management practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up, in-person desktop support at the Tech Bar for devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows and/or macOS and VDI environments, including Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Perform device setups, swaps, upgrades, and replacements.
