DuraServ seeks mechanically minded individuals for a Technician Apprentice role in Cincinnati, OH, on-site. You’ll learn on the job, assist with installation, service, and maintenance of dock and door equipment, and grow under experienced technicians while earning income.

Qualifications

• Open to learning on-the-job and following safety protocols.
• Able to meet physical demands: standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in ADVANCE training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door equipment under guidance.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks.
• Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment.
• Study technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and documentation with experienced teammates.
• Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow OSHA standards.
• Document service activities and communicate with customers.
