DuraServ is seeking a Commercial Door & Dock Technician Apprentice in Sacramento, CA. You’ll learn on the job, assist with installation, service, and maintenance of dock and door equipment under experienced technicians, and earn while you learn.

The ADVANCE training program provides a structured path to grow your trade skills, with hands‑on mechanical and electrical tasks, safety training, and a clear progression toward independent work.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to participate in DuraServ's ADVANCE training program.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required for daily travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service, and maintenance of dock/door equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and document service activities.
• Participate in ADVANCE training daily.
