DuraServ Corp is seeking a mechanically inclined technician apprentice in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll learn on the job under experienced technicians, handling mechanical and electrical tasks and growing your career in the trades.

The ADVANCE program provides a structured path with income while you learn. You’ll work on dock and door equipment, gain hands-on experience, and participate in safety protocols and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid, current state-issued driver's license.
• Willingness to participate in DuraServ's ADVANCE training program.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door equipment under supervision.
• Participate in basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks.
• Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment.
• Study and apply technical manuals and wiring diagrams with experienced teammates.
