Insite Finance in New York is seeking a Tech and IP Transactions Legal Associate with 5-6 years of experience to handle technology licensing, IP development, and strategic partnerships on a leading platform.

You will work on IP diligence for M&A, private equity, and venture deals, and address data, privacy, and AI-related issues in transactions. Strong drafting and negotiation skills and NY bar admission (or waiver) are required.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of technology transactions or IP licensing experience at a leading law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• New York bar admission or eligible to waive in.
• Experience with SaaS, software licensing and collaborations.

You'll work on:

• Technology licensing, software and SaaS agreements, and IP development and collaboration deals
• Strategic alliances, joint ventures and commercial partnerships for tech and life sciences companies
• IP diligence and transaction support on M&A, private equity and venture deals
• Data, privacy and AI-related commercial issues as they arise in transactions
