A top-tier law firm's technology transactions practice is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a high-profile licensing team, working directly with a nationally recognized partner in the space.

This role offers the rare chance to work on sophisticated technology licensing matters for a roster of marquee clients, including several of the world's leading AI and technology companies. Associates in this seat regularly interface directly with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives such as chief operating officers, giving them exposure and relationship-building opportunities well beyond the typical mid-level associate role.
