Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned AI product leader to design and deliver AI-powered products across key business domains. The role includes defining roadmaps, aligning with stakeholders, and guiding agile delivery while traveling globally as needed to support client engagements.

You will translate business strategy into AI-enabled solutions, drive adoption, and mentor junior team members within a fast-paced, matrixed consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
• 5-8 years of practical experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, professional software development, product and program implementation.
• GenAI tool fluency and validation of responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI‑powered products and subject matter depth in one or multiple core finance processes, including FP&A and order to cash.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks grounded in domain workflows.
• Lead agile product delivery including sprint planning and backlog management, across teams.
• Act as trusted advisor, influence clients, and drive adoption of AI solutions within business operations.
