Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Manager in their Tech Advisory & Delivery area, focusing on AI-powered product design and delivery. You will define roadmaps, lead agile delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into practical AI-enabled solutions.

You will guide junior team members, mentor across practice areas, and manage complex client engagements, including AI platforms and data governance considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
Significant experience in AI/tech consulting, product management, software development, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of AI-powered products and domains.
Define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization, grounded in business value.
Manage agile delivery including sprint planning and backlog management.
