Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Reynoldsburg, Ohio seeks an IT Adoption Specialist to drive adoption of core technology tools across the organization. You will bridge IT capabilities with day-to-day workflows, configuring tools to support AOMs and staff while building confidence and ensuring value from technology investments.

Reporting to the Director of IT Services, you will design and deliver training, configure platforms like ClickUp, SharePoint, MS Teams, and oversee adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; demonstrated experience in technology training and adoption
• 3 years of experience in technology training adoption change management or a closely related role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive and at least one major project management or collaboration platform ClickUp Asana Monday or similar
• Demonstrated ability to elicit workflow requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into platform configurations

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for core IT tools
• Configure workflows and tool settings to support AOM staff and cross-AOM collaboration
• Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Lead migrations from legacy tools to core platforms and support user onboarding
• Coordinate reporting and insights with IT stakeholders
• Engage with AOM leaders to align adoption with organizational priorities
