Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance National Office is seeking an IT Adoption Specialist in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This full-time role focuses on driving adoption of core IT tools, training staff, configuring workflows, and supporting migrations.

Reporting to the Director of IT Services, the specialist will partner with Areas of Ministry and IT teammates to maximize the value of technology investments. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
3+ years of experience in technology training, adoption, change management, or related role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and at least one major PM/collaboration platform (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for core IT tools, including onboarding new staff and role-specific training.
Configure tools and workflows with AOM teams to support cross-AOM collaboration and reporting.
Define, track, and report adoption metrics and identify gaps to inform training priorities and tool stewardship.
Lead user-facing migrations from legacy tools to new core platforms and train users on the new state.
Train end users on accessing, interpreting, and using organizational reports and dashboards.
