Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) in Reynoldsburg, OH, seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer for a full-time role. Reporting to the Director for Software and Engineering, you will design and develop web applications supporting the Alliance's mission.

You will work with the Software Engineering team to deliver high-quality features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain documentation. Requires 5+ years in enterprise full-stack development, Agile experience, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years developing enterprise level full stack web applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience writing application tests (Unit, Integration, etc.).
• Requires 5-7 years of experience in a related position.
• Experience with data pipelines or data warehousing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supports primary Alliance applications by developing new features and maintaining existing ones.
• Develops new applications as needed.
• Responsible for authentication for non-employee Alliance systems.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of projects.
• Collaborates with teams to identify needs and build solutions for AOM needs.
• Communicates status updates and timelines to stakeholders.
• Designs and develops test cases.
• Ensures proper documentation of all systems.
• Assesses new technologies for adoption and implementation.
• Reviews code for team members.
• Adopts SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Serves as a backup for other Software Engineer team members.
