Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio is seeking an IT Adoption Specialist to drive effective use of core technology tools across the organization. This full-time role reports to the Director of IT Services and focuses on training, configuration, and adoption to maximize technology value for staff and Areas of Ministry.

You will design training, configure tools like ClickUp, SharePoint, and MS Teams, track adoption metrics, and support migrations of legacy tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technology training, adoption, change management, or a closely related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and at least one major project management or collaboration platform (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for core IT tools and onboarding for new staff.
• Configure core platforms to align with staff workflows and provide admin support.
• Define, track, and report on adoption metrics and identify gaps for improvement.
• Lead migration initiatives from legacy tools to new core platforms and support change management.
• Facilitate access to organizational reports and dashboards for staff.
• Engage with AOM leaders to coordinate adoption efforts and stakeholder communications.
