Job summary

eMITS seeks a Multimedia Systems Engineer to support the Workplace & Collaboration Services (WCS) within NASA‑managed spaces. You will design, install, configure, and document Microsoft Teams Rooms certified equipment, ensuring secure, NASA‑compliant collaboration experiences.

Responsibilities include appliance-based system setup, project management, and ongoing technical analysis. Travel to centers for installation, acceptance, and surveys will be required; strong leadership and clear

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS and 5 years related experience with certification in Microsoft Collaboration Systems.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Experience installing Teams Rooms appliance‑based systems and certs.
Familiar with NASA standards, 508 compliance, and energy guidance.

Responsibilities

Design, install and configure Teams Rooms appliance systems.
Manage multiple project tasks and provide reporting.
Support hardware analysis, risk assessments and implementation plans.
Participate in standards maintenance and NASA reviews.
Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders; communicate clearly to non‑techs.
Travel for site surveys, installation, and acceptance testing.
