Qualifications

• Extensive experience migrating large-scale telephone systems to Teams Phone.
• Deep expertise in Teams Phone deployment, Operator Connect, and MS 365 administration.
• Ability to plan, configure, test, and implement telephony solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of 7,000+ telephone users from on-premises telephony to Teams Phone with Operator Connect.
• Serve as technical lead for migration and coordinate with internal telecom support and Microsoft partners.
• Configure numbers, calling plans, policies, auto attendants, queues, and other voice features.
• Develop migration strategies and support phased rollouts with minimal disruption.
