Candidates should bring 10+ years of Windows/AD experience, strong PowerShell skills, and expertise with migration tooling like AvePoint or Bit Titan, plus a proven ability to work autonomously while guiding stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows Server, and AD/Entra ID.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to work with a distributed team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at multiple levels between business and IT staff.
• Experience with Migration tools like AvePoint, Bit Titan, etc.
• Strong M365 Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Knowledge of migrating and validating SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams from one tenant to another.
