Job summary

Creative Information Technology Inc in Rockville, MD is seeking a Microsoft Teams Phone Technical Specialist for a hybrid role.

You will lead the migration of over 7,000 telephone service users from on-premises telephony to Microsoft Teams Phone with Operator Connect and work with internal telecom support staff, IT teams, and Microsoft partners to plan, configure, test, and implement Teams Phone telephony solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating large user bases to Teams Phone.
• Deep technical expertise in deployment and configuration of Teams Phone.
• Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator certification or equivalent is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of thousands of users from on-prem telephony to Teams Phone with Operator Connect.
• Plan, configure, test, and implement Teams Phone solutions with internal teams and partners.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-migration support.
• Collaborate with telecom teams, IT staff and vendors to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Troubleshoot voice issues, monitor call quality, and manage voice configurations.
