Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle is seeking PLM Developers at junior to senior levels to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations as part of a large modernization for an Aerospace & Defense OEM. You will work on ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace within a blended onshore–offshore AI-powered software factory.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain code, mentor juniors on complex components, and ensure quality within CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Teamcenter customizations and extensions.
• Proven ability to mentor and own complex components.
• Solid programming and testing discipline with CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace to support complex business and engineering requirements.
• Build and enhance AI-assisted, agent-ready services and APIs.
• Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support performance / security validation within CI/CD.
• Work within the distributed onshore–offshore team to shared standards; senior band owns complex components and mentors
