Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations on a large, complex PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-Powered software factory.

You will design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) to support complex

Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace / AWC).
Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter.
Use AI-assisted development (AI pair-programming, test generation) and build agent-ready services / APIs where specified.
Implement integrations and migration utilities to technical design.
Solid programming in Java/C++ and testing discipline.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace to support complex requirements.
Build and enhance AI-assisted, agent-ready services and APIs.
Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support CI/CD validation.
Work within distributed onshore–offshore team to shared standards; senior band owns complex components and mentors.
