Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is hiring PLM Developers to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations for a large PLM modernization in aerospace & defense. Hybrid role in Seattle/Bellevue, WA with 10-30% travel.

You will design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter solutions, build AI-assisted services, and ensure code quality in a distributed onshore–offshore team. Senior roles mentor others; preferred certifications and REST/integration experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience building Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace).
• Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter experience.
• Solid programming in Java/C++/Web and testing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.
• Build and enhance AI-assisted, agent-ready services and APIs.
• Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support CI/CD validation.
