Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle seeks experienced Teamcenter developers to build customizations and extensions on a large PLM modernization for aerospace/defense. You will work across junior to senior bands, delivering ITK/SOA/Active Workspace solutions with AI-assisted development and APIs.

Senior roles mentor others, ensure code quality, and collaborate in a distributed onshore-offshore delivery model, following shared standards and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

Hands-on Siemens Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace) with depth by band.
Use AI-assisted development (AI pair-programming, test generation) and build agent-ready services/APIs.
Implement integrations and migration utilities to technical design.
Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support performance/security validation in CI/CD.
Work within distributed onshore–offshore team to shared standards; seniors mentor.
Solid programming (Java/C++/web) and testing discipline.

Responsibilities
