Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the United States is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations on a large, complex PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore-offshore team and an AI-Powered software factory.

The role requires 3-7+ years of Teamcenter experience, strong Java/C++/Web skills, and familiarity with ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace; you will mentor others,

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience in Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, AWC).
• Strong programming and testing discipline; able to mentor others.
• Preferred Siemens Teamcenter certification and REST/integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions to support complex requirements.
• Build AI-assisted services and APIs; ensure unit tests and CI/CD readiness.
• Collaborate with distributed onshore-offshore team and share standards; mentor seniors.
