Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Team Trainer to support frontline roles such as cashier and drive-thru. You will train new employees, be the go-to person on shift, and help resolve issues to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

You will lead cross-training, oversee team members when a manager is absent, and guide the team toward meeting quality standards, while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.

Job description

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive-thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed. Team Trainers are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
