Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a dedicated team member to train and coach restaurant staff in Orange, Massachusetts. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Brand and food safety standards, onboarding new hires, and executing new product rollouts. The ideal candidate will also serve as a role model and provide excellent guest service, fostering a positive environment for both team members and guests.

• Help onboard restaurant team members.
• Ensure execution of new product rollouts.
• Communicate clearly with team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.

Job description

• Train and coach team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
