Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, counseling, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Michigan licensure, when applicable.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, psychiatric services, or related healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership for BCBAs, ABA staff, Peer Support Specialists, Engagement Specialists, and Volunteer Services.
• Develops staffing models, workflows, and programming to support engagement and recovery-oriented care.
• Oversees compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversees budgets, performance, and professional development to improve outcomes.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and supports program development and strategic planning.
