Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Duluth, MN is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor (DSP) for an adult foster care home. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives in a person-centered culture.

Shifts include days and evenings 7:00 am–10:00 pm, with every other weekend required. RSI offers health and dental insurance, a 403(b) with matching, PTO, and more benefits to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of direct care experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tasks based on resident needs and goals.
• Medication administration, hygiene, and routine care as needed.
• Supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and contribute to person-centered care.
