Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Duluth, MN.

You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives and supervise day-to-day activities in a supportive, compassionate environment. The role involves assisting with medication administration, household chores, personal care, and coordinating community activities while modeling professional care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the field providing direct care.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care activities including medication administration, household duties, behavioral management and personal hygiene assistance.
• Engage residents in community activities and develop meaningful relationships in a person-centered culture.
• Supervisory duties include training staff, scheduling, payroll, performance interventions, menu planning and staff meetings.
