• Confident running game-day retail in a fast environment

• Able to lift and move merchandise inventory as needed

This position is responsible for stocking the store, online order fulfillment, game-day retail operations, staff hiring and supervision, website management, customer service communications, and retail reporting and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the Team Store is fully stocked, accurately priced, clean, and ready for every game and event while maintaining all point-of-sale and operational equipment and delivering an exceptional fan experience both in person and online.The Team Store Manager reports to the General Manager and Purchasing Manager.
