Job summary

Knoxville Ice Bears is seeking a Team Store Manager to lead the team’s retail and e-commerce operations, ensuring the store is stocked, priced, clean, and ready for every game and event. This role also oversees online order fulfillment, staff hiring, website management, and retail reporting to deliver an exceptional fan experience both in person and online.

The Team Store Manager reports to leadership and collaborates with game operations to align merchandise with promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or e-commerce; ideally experience is within sports or entertainment
• Experience using point of sale (Shopify preferred), inventory systems, and website management
• Confident running game-day retail in a fast environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays during the season
• Able to lift and move merchandise inventory as needed

# Team Store Manager## Knoxville Ice Bears•### @knoxvilleicebearsPosted on 8/7/2026•Full-time## Job DescriptionThe Knoxville Ice Bears are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Team Store Manager to lead all aspects of the team’s retail and e-commerce operations. This position is responsible for stocking the store, online order fulfillment, game-day retail operations, staff hiring and supervision, website management, customer service communications, and retail reporting and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the Team Store is fully stocked, accurately priced, clean, and ready for every game and event while maintaining all point-of-sale and operational equipment and delivering an exceptional fan experience both in person and online.The Team Store Manager reports to the General Manager and Purchasing Manager.
