The Senators are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH), an organization committed to supporting and enhancing Minor League Baseball through innovation, best practices, and long-term investment.**Position Overview:**The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team store and merchandise sales during games, events, and select non-game day hours. This role will focus on store execution, staff supervision, customer service, merchandising presentation, inventory organization, and cash handling procedures. All merchandise buying, vendor relationships, and product selection will be managed by the Regional Merchandise Director. This position will partner closely with that role to ensure store readiness, product organization, and strong in-venue execution.
