Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are leaders who consistently deliver results. They help set sales standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, and ensure the sales floor is presentable. They delegate daily projects, focus on nurturing team members, and have the ability to train others.

TSLs also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: Shift management and leading others
2. Customer Service: Ensuring the customer remains the top priority
3. Delivery of Results: Inventory control and selling strategies
4. Merchandising: Meeting Rally House visual standards, floor moves, merchandising, organizing, and executing game plans

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old

- 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred

- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events

- Seeking a long-term position with opportunities for advancement within store operations

- Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

- Hourly rate: $14.00 - $16.00
