Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Team Performance Leader to oversee daily operations, coordinate production priorities, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across the converting department in Wichita Falls, Texas.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to safety programs, and collaboration with Production Management and Shipping to meet daily targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer knowledge including SAP, Excel, Word.
• Minimum 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer current safety programs to assure the health and safety of employees and meet OSHA requirements.
• Guide and direct department safety leaders and enforce safety rules.
• Monitor employee behaviors/work practices and address unsafe acts/conditions.
• Lead investigations related to safety and SQF events and support CAPA processes.
• Facilitate quality control systems and ensure materials meet established standards.
