Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation, located in Rogers, AR, seeks a Team Performance Lead / Production Supervisor to oversee nightly manufacturing operations on a rotating 6 PM–6 AM schedule. You will coach production teams, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance, Shipping, and other departments to meet production goals.

The role requires 3–5+ years in manufacturing, with SAP ERP and MS Excel/Word proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant operations.
• Experience as Team Lead, Shift Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar frontline leadership role preferred.
• Experience coordinating production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and standard manufacturing systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations during assigned rotating shifts.
• Coordinate production priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Balance production lines to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on support to prevent interruptions and line stoppages.
• Ensure that support functions do not negatively impact production.
