Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Performance Improvement Leader in Ohio to drive continuous improvement aligned with site and corporate goals. You will oversee the Performance Management System, coach teams on lean leadership, and lead training to sustain improvements.

The role requires strong analytics, communication, and collaboration to push for efficiency and higher performance while aligning with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred.
• 5-8 years minimum manufacturing experience.
• Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Able to work independently and within a team with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation skills.
• Flexible, innovative and able to set priorities.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with high-volume operations.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Change Agent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance across the site.
• Develop and propose goals aligned to strategic objectives and cascade them site-wide.
• Ensure the Performance Management System is implemented and audited at all levels.
• Coach all site levels on lean leadership: Go See, Ask Why, Always Show Respect.
• Provide training on the Performance Management System and lean tools.
• Track performance to targets and ensure the PDCA cycle addresses gaps.
• Coordinate with global improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Assist in policy deployment and tracking of execution at the site.
