Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in MA with current BLS certification.
• 1–3 years of related RN experience; new grads considered.
• CPR certification and strong patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver quality clinical care in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with providers and community-based clinicians.
• Provide telephonic triage, education, and care coordination.
• INR management and vaccine administration per protocol.
• Document in EHR and schedule tests/referrals.
• Monitor abnormal results and manage supplies.
• Supervise and educate MA staff; ensure PHI compliance.
