Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation, a premier casino entertainment company in the United States, invites an experienced Human Resources professional to direct the Team Member relations function, establishing open communication and ensuring consistent application of policies.

You will counsel team members, handle disciplinary matters, administer the Employee Disciplinary Review Committee, maintain confidentiality, and deliver weekly/monthly reports to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience with focus on Team Member relations.
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of HR impact on performance.
• Extensive knowledge in HR legal compliance, Team Member relations, culture and communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Team Member relations function.
• Establishes and maintains open communication channels with Team Members.
• Counsels and advises Team Members and management on work-related issues.
• Audits and administers the EDRIC Team Member review process.
• Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures regarding disciplinary matters.
• Maintains confidentiality and provides reports to HR Director.
• Develops and implements team member relations and communication programs.
• Spends 25% to 50% of time in direct interaction with Team Members.
