Job summary

Centuri Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Employee Relations & Engagement to drive positive and compliant workplace practices across Centuri and its subsidiaries.

Based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule, you will advise HR leaders, oversee investigations, and guide performance management and employment practices. You will strengthen HR processes, mitigate risk, and support engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience conducting sensitive investigations and providing objective recommendations.
• Experience coaching HR professionals and leaders across multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations matters across Centuri and subsidiaries.
• Oversee workplace investigations and related documentation.
• Coach HR leaders on performance management and corrective actions.
• Review investigations and termination recommendations for compliance.
• Partner with Legal on regulatory matters and risk mitigation.
• Lead HR compliance initiatives, training, and recordkeeping.
• Oversee I-9, E-Verify, and immigration compliance.
