Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Team Member to support landscape renovation and revitalization projects. You will assist with retaining walls, plant installation, sod, patio repairs, and general landscape improvements on client properties.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading tools, following Team Leader directions, maintaining a professional site image, and working safely outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional and respectful communication with clients, team members, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completion of enhancement projects including retaining walls, planting beds, sod installation, patio repairs, and general landscape improvements.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris safely and efficiently.
• Follow directions from Team Leader to execute tasks accurately and productively.
• Maintain a professional image on client sites and help ensure company tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely in accordance with safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site throughout the workday.
• Communicate with Team Leader regarding task progress, challenges, or material needs.
• Perform detailed work and ensure tasks meet quality standards before leaving each property.
• Participate in hands-on training and develop enhancement installation skills.
• Support overall crew efficiency and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
