Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Landscape Enhancements Crew Leader in Massachusetts. You will oversee onsite enhancement work, coordinate installations, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on projects for our clients.

Responsibilities include leading crews, coordinating with the FOM and clients, and performing light irrigation/low-voltage lighting tasks as needed. A background in landscape enhancements and a Massachusetts certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape enhancements experience in a crew leader role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enhancement labor onsite; coach and train crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead daily briefings with crew leaders and share project details.
• Conduct project handoffs with FOM and client representatives.
• Assist with material and plant pickup and site organization.
• Perform light irrigation and low-voltage lighting tasks.

These jobs include, but are not limited to, installation and repair of hardscapes, low-voltage lighting, and softscapes. You will partner with the Enhancement Field Operations Manager (FOM) to ensure teams are trained properly on performing the work and that projects are completed on-time and within budget. This includes ensuring the crews have the equipment, tools, materials, and resources needed to perform their work safely and efficiently.
