Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC in Massachusetts is seeking an Enhancement Crew Lead to manage multiple groundskeeping teams, oversee outdoor space construction, and maintain flag-ship projects across sites.

You will train workers, supervise equipment, enforce safety guidelines, and complete administrative duties with accuracy and timeliness. The role requires at least 3 years in landscape construction, strong leadership and communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' landscape construction experience.
• Tree and shrub installation and care.
• General landscape masonry skills a plus.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Basic irrigation knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Valid driver's license; MA hydraulics license a plus.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs; good physical condition.
