Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Team Leader to guide a field crew in completing landscape renovation projects across Michigan. The role emphasizes light masonry, planting, and structural improvements, with strong focus on safety and client satisfaction.

You will train crew members, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every site. Outdoor work with varied weather, CDL A preferred or obtained within the first year, and a valid Michigan license are necessary.

• Ability to train and coach team members on proper techniques and equipment use.
• Proven ability to supervise outdoor crews and manage project quality and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew to complete landscape projects on time and to high quality standards.
• Oversee tasks such as light masonry, retaining walls, plant installation, and general landscape improvements.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials; maintain a clean, organized work truck and trailer.
• Provide feedback, track crew hours, and ensure safe operation of equipment with PPE compliance.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and material needs to management; enforce safety guidelines.
