Mariani Enterprises, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Garden Care Team Member to maintain and enhance client landscapes across seasons. This hands-on role suits outdoors lovers who take pride in detailed work and enjoy learning plant care and landscape maintenance.

You'll work under a Team Leader on spring and fall cleanups and ongoing summer maintenance, performing tasks like weeding, edging, pruning, mulching, and safety-focused teamwork on varied sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work long days as project schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Perform general garden and landscape bed maintenance, including weeding, edging, pruning, and deadheading.
• Remove debris and maintain clean, defined landscape beds.
• Install and refresh mulch as needed.
• Monitor plant health and communicate concerns to Team Leader.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris.
