Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC in Michigan is seeking an Enhancement Team Member to support the Team Leader in completing landscape renovation and revitalization projects. You will assist with tasks like wall building, plant installation, and other landscape improvements.

This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to lift heavy materials, and reliable attendance. You will work outdoors, follow directions, operate hand tools, and help maintain a safe, organized job site while learning enhancement

• Assist in the completion of enhancement projects including retaining walls, planting beds, sod installation, patio repairs, and general landscape improvements.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris safely and efficiently.
• Follow direction from the Team Leader to execute tasks accurately and productively.
• Maintain a professional image on client sites and help ensure company tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely in accordance with company safety guidelines and required PPE standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site throughout the workday.
• Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding task progress, challenges, or material needs.
• Perform detailed work and ensure assigned tasks meet company quality standards before leaving each property.
• Participate in hands‑on training and actively develop skills in enhancement installation techniques.
• Support overall crew efficiency and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
