Responsibilities

• Perform general garden and landscape bed maintenance, including weeding, edging, pruning, and deadheading.
• Remove debris and maintain clean, well-defined landscape beds.
• Install and refresh mulch as needed.
• Apply plant protection materials when required.
• Monitor plant health and communicate concerns to the Team Leader.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris.
• Operate basic hand tools and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while working on job sites.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards.
