Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including team member relations and labor relations.
• Knowledge of employment law, CBAs, investigations, and consistent policy application.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with trust across all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Champion positive Team Member experiences and resolve workplace concerns in partnership with HR and union representatives.
• Serve as key contact for guidance on policy, interpersonal dynamics, and policy clarification.
• Conduct timely investigations into complaints, grievances, or misconduct with discretion.
• Facilitate disciplinary meetings with empathy and professionalism while ensuring legal compliance.
• Provide consultative support on coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with union leadership on grievance resolution and contract interpretation.
• Train leaders on Team Member relations best practices and CBA awareness.
• Maintain confidential documentation to support transparency and reporting needs.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and CBAs, when applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service and lead Team Member events and community outreach.
