Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support operations in a fast-paced Dunkin' location in Texas. You will assist with food and beverage prep, guest interaction, and ensure cleanliness and organization across all work areas.

Responsibilities include following brand standards, serving guests efficiently, and maintaining safety and quality while handling orders and payments when applicable. This role emphasizes teamwork and a guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in quick-service is a plus.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
