Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant. This role provides a positive guest experience, prepares quality food according to standards, and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Essential Functions

• Follow all company guest service guidelines to ensure excellent service.
• Work assigned stations accurately, clean and stock stations, and perform cleaning duties.
• Ensure all guests receive hot, quality food; prepare, package, and deliver products per menu standards.
• Handle food according to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs.
