Job summary

Crawco is hiring a Team Manager – Workers’ Compensation (California) Seasonal to lead and supervise WC claims within our claims team. This remote role supports the California program and requires SIP certification, with a focus on timely disposition and compliant case handling.

You will assist senior leadership in managing the service center operations and ensure effective coordination with carriers and accounts.

Qualifications

• SIP certification required.
• Proven leadership and experience in managing California WC claims.
